I am an AI and Automation professional with 3+ years of experience designing and deploying agentic AI-powered automation solutions that integrate Generative AI, NLP, RPA platforms, and vector-search retrieval to improve operational efficiency. I have built end-to-end RPA bots and AI-driven workflows—automating ServiceNow change requests, SOX access provisioning, Juniper alert incident creation, and expense automation—leveraging tools such as LangChain, ChromaDB, FAISS, CrewAI, Kore.ai, AutomationEdge, and Automation Anywhere.
