At Bharti Airtel, I evaluated broadband capex proposals across Punjab and Haryana and delivered ~₹5Cr of implemented savings by right-sizing Right-of-Way requirements and proposing alternative sites. I also developed a CPE recovery initiative that increased monthly recoveries by ~40% and helped avoid ~₹50Cr in potential replacement capex.
Before Bharti Airtel, I worked in statutory audit at KPMG and Grant Thornton, covering audits, tax audits, reviews and consolidation. At KPMG, I led a seven-member audit team for a first-year education-sector client.
