I’m looking to join a fast-growing organization where I can unlock my potential and create synergies.

At IDFC First Bank, I build financial models to forecast the loan book, delinquent inventory, NPA losses, and collection costs. I also prepare the collections vertical’s annual operating plan and monitor it against actuals.

I design performance targets and incentives for agencies and employees across India, and build dashboards for senior management covering cost management, people management, and agency performance. I’ve also led projects to automate operational processes with the system development team.

Previously, I worked at Ernst & Young on project viability analysis and financial deal structures, at Goldman Sachs analyzing equity derivatives P&L, and at KASG & Co on audit and compliance assignments. I’m a Chartered Accountant and hold a B.Com Honours degree.
