I’m an Assistant Product Manager at WeltSphere Technologies, where I manage finance and e-commerce applications for key clients, ensuring 24×7 uptime and Disaster Recovery across AWS and Azure. I lead a 10-person team and coordinate with DBA, Network, and Application Development to streamline IT Cloud Support operations and improve delivery efficiency. I implement ITIL processes and consistently hit SLA resolution targets (P1: 1 hour, P2: 4 hours) to raise client satisfaction.

Previously, I worked as a Project Manager Intern at Repairs Duniya, directing a team of developers and designers to successfully deploy an application on the Play Store. I built and executed a comprehensive project plan to align stakeholders with company goals, driving a 20% increase in project efficiency and a 15% reduction in time-to-market. I also initiated a customer app by conducting user research and collaborating with stakeholders to guide product decisions.

Through a NextLeap India Product Management Fellowship, I strengthened core PM capabilities like Business Model Canvas, Value Propositions, Market Research, and PRD development. I conducted user research (interviews and surveys), ran A/B tests, created wireframes, and delivered a PRD that improved student assignment submission experiences—supporting a measurable 15% increase in customer satisfaction. I also build end-to-end prototypes, including a gesture-based virtual mouse/keyboard system with Python and AI and a real-time news app using TypeScript and RapidAPI.
