What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI-native quality engineering, automation architecture, and engineering delivery—building scalable test systems, improving developer productivity, and driving quality across complex distributed products.

At OakNorth, I build and evolve production-grade automation for a regulated UK banking platform, covering 40+ microservices and 30+ critical user journeys. I created Playwright E2E and Rest Assured API frameworks from scratch, helping grow automation coverage from 30% to 85%+ and save 60% of regression effort.

I also built a live self-healing agentic test automation pipeline using Claude Sonnet agents that turns Jira acceptance criteria into Playwright tests, pull requests, and Jira/Slack reports. The agents diagnose failures, repair tests, and re-run checks autonomously, reducing test authoring from roughly eight hours to two hours per story.

Beyond automation, I own QA strategy, quality SLAs, release readiness, and go-live decisions, while contributing to roadmap planning as a Proxy PO. I’ve reduced UAT defects by 40% year over year, sustained defect leakage below 2% across 20+ releases, and mentored QA engineers in shift-left practices.
