At Outamation, I build backend infrastructure for an AI-assisted quality and compliance review platform serving loan and document workflows. I've scaled its multi-tenant SaaS platform with C#/.NET, OAuth 2.0, role-based access control, RabbitMQ, Docker, and MySQL while supporting 10+ enterprise clients at 99.9% uptime.

I designed event-driven loan-audit processing that reduced per-audit time from minutes to seconds, and built parallel AI quality-control pipelines that cut audit cycles from five days to 1.5 days. I also own production delivery across QA/UAT, CI/CD releases, and incident response for distributed .NET and RabbitMQ services.

For ProVest and Midland Credit Management, I architected RAG pipelines with LlamaIndex and Qdrant to process 90GB+ of legal data daily. I built CrewAI-based multi-agent orchestration that reduced document processing time by 90% and automated CI/CD workflows for Python services and React frontends.

My work also includes low-latency drone AR streaming at UC Davis, scalable web-data pipelines, and machine-learning analytics. I bring hands-on experience across Python, C++, C#, SQL, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and production AI workflows.
