At Linkfields Innovation, I test web and mobile applications across functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end scenarios. I analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to prepare test scenarios, cases, and data.
I test REST APIs with Postman, validating endpoints and request and response details. I also use SQL for backend checks and tested Snowflake data for accuracy, completeness, reconciliation, and source-to-target validation.
I document and track defects in JIRA, then support troubleshooting, retesting, and closure. My project experience includes insurance workflows and customer-facing service-based and digital applications.
I have automation exposure to Selenium and Tosca, and use Playwright for browser automation and scripting practice. I also use ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to assist with test-case ideas and QA tasks, validating their outputs myself.
