I’m a data analyst with internship experience in MIS reporting, KPI tracking, data validation, and dashboard development. I use analytics to surface trends and anomalies, always with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and clear reporting process documentation.

In my MIS Executive Intern role at VMC Technologies (MCUBE), I delivered weekly and ad-hoc BI reports using Metabase and Excel. I analyzed performance datasets for metrics like call response rates, SLA adherence, and customer fulfilment status, then shared improvement recommendations directly with the Operations Manager.

I also identified and resolved a critical data mismatch in client reporting, traced the root cause, and designed a reusable data validation framework adopted across multiple client accounts. That work strengthened governance standards and improved recurring MIS output accuracy.

Previously, as a Reporting Support Intern at LTIMindtree, I prepared weekly KPI/MIS reports from SQL-extracted data and supported consistent performance tracking across 1,000+ records. I cleaned and validated 2,000+ records in Power BI using Power Query, ran EDA to find anomalies early, and contributed to process documentation to improve reporting efficiency.
