I’m a Product Manager with hands-on experience in the health insurance domain, partnering with cross-functional teams to build, improve, and manage live insurance products. I enjoy turning ambiguity into clear business requirements and then translating them into customer-focused product outcomes.

I bring a strong understanding of health insurance journeys, onboarding flows, policy processes, and medical underwriting logic. I’m comfortable navigating operational workflows—solving production issues, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring onboarding and policy issuance run smoothly.

In my role at Fyntune Solution Pvt Ltd, I built B2B health insurance workflows through my “PHI Platform” work, converting business requirements into user stories and feature documentation. I coordinated with frontend, backend, and QA teams for sprint releases, and I worked to improve workflows, UI/UX, and production stability. I also managed live insurance operations, broker integrations, and onboarding journeys, resolving production issues and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

I’ve also contributed to insurance workflow automation through “QMS Platform,” including quote generation and premium calculation workflows. I implemented premium logic for multiple insurance companies and managed end-to-end insurance process flows and backend operations, always aiming for reliable delivery that aligns with business goals. With certifications and continuous upskilling in AI/ML, Python, and data analytics, I bring a data-aware mindset to product planning, product strategy, and product lifecycle management.
