At Trianz Digital Consulting, I supported GE HealthCare’s AWS monitoring and observability platform, resolving production alerts and incidents within strict SLAs while working closely with L3 and vendor teams.

I’ve provisioned and managed AWS infrastructure across EC2, EKS, RDS, EFS, S3, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and Secrets Manager. I automated resource lifecycle tasks with Python Lambda and delivered repeatable infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.

On the Concierto Cloud microservices platform, I built Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for Java, Node.js, and Python services across 10+ microservices, reducing deployment time by approximately 30%. I containerized services with Docker, orchestrated deployments with Kubernetes, and integrated Nexus and SonarQube into release workflows.
