What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging position where I can best utilize my technical skills and personal strengths to achieve corporate goals—while contributing to Web Application Development and Artificial Intelligence work.

I’m an Asst. Instructor at GSSS College of Engineering & Technology for women – Mysore, where I install laboratory curriculum software, troubleshoot Computers/Projectors, support practical examinations, and help with monthly staff attendance and NBA/NAAC.AICTE/VTU documentation. I also coordinate the Department Student Scholarship, ensuring students and faculty have the support they need to perform smoothly.

Before teaching, I worked as a Contact Centre Associate at Webhelp Ltd. and as an Associate Customer Support at Tech Mahindra Ltd., handling voice/non-voice support, claims, review queues, and error identification. I also completed a Research Intern role at CEN, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, developing web applications with HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and MySQL—alongside multiple 2024 publications across AI-focused topics like plant leaf disease detection using GANs and disease classification improvements using attention and transfer learning.
