What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to join KXAsset Publishing and Content Quality to support project delivery and help provide high-quality content to Deloitte member firms worldwide.

At Amazon Development Centre India, I serve as the communication point between external partners and internal teams, keeping stakeholders informed and resolving issues through clear, timely updates.

I track and review performance metrics, flagging issues before they affect downstream fulfilment. I also make time-sensitive decisions to help keep shipments and relay operations on schedule.

At PayPal, I maintained and monitored an Oracle SQL database supporting live transaction processing. I checked node health using dashboards including Juno, Aerospike, and OCC, and replaced failed nodes to prevent service disruption.

At DXC Technology, I installed and configured client computer systems and resolved software, networking, and hardware issues. In personal projects, I built IoT heart-rate monitoring and home security systems with remote monitoring and alerts.
