At IONITY, I built the IT Operations function for a business-critical EV charging platform spanning 6,205 stations across 871 European locations. I established 24/7 support, Incident and Problem Management, and governance practices that sustained 99.6% uptime.
I lead cross-functional monitoring and performance teams, align Development, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders, and manage vendor performance, SLAs, risk, and escalations. I also own infrastructure backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, technical design reviews, and release delivery through Jira and Confluence.
Before operations leadership, I founded IONITY's AWS cloud infrastructure for its EV charging backend and microservices platform. I've designed production environments with Terraform and Helm, managed Kubernetes workloads, and introduced Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD practices.
My background includes DevOps work at Allcloud, Srijan Technologies, and DXC Technology, covering AWS migrations, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform. I'm PMP- and ITIL Foundation-certified, and I bring hands-on engineering context to every operational decision.
