I’m a Senior QA Engineer with experience in mobile, API, and system-level testing across enterprise applications and conversational systems. I specialize in conversational AI quality engineering—especially validating multi-turn conversation flows and voice interactions (STT → LLM → TTS).

In my current AI QA Engineer role, I evaluate Thai voice AI call center use cases with a strong focus on response quality, intent handling, contextual consistency, and conversation flow validation. I perform end-to-end testing of Voice AI workflows, validate escalation and latency observations, and verify RAG-based knowledge responses and policy/compliance using structured QA guidelines and scoring criteria.

Before that, as a Senior QA Engineer (Mobile, Automation & Release), I owned end-to-end testing for iOS and Android features and validated integrated backend services and APIs. I use Appium automation, Postman/RESTAPI testing, and CI/CD validation support, then partner with product and engineering to apply shift-left QA, improve release readiness, and drive root cause analysis (RCA) for production stability.
