At Apex Business Solution, I manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and business roles, closing 20+ positions since August 2023, while also supporting onboarding, payroll coordination, employee queries, and HR documentation across 5 departments.

At Mobile Programming LLC (subsidiary of A-1 Technology Inc.), I closed 48 technical positions in 18 months and led a team of five recruiters, implementing a performance-management framework that cut time-to-hire by 50% while improving candidate quality. Earlier, at PrepLadder Private Limited (subsidiary of Unacademy), I managed monthly payroll and statutory compliance for 500+ employees through ZingHR HRMS with zero errors, and led employee engagement and grievance redressal initiatives.

I took a short career break between April and December 2021 for family responsibilities and a bereavement, returning full-time to recruitment in January 2022.

What I enjoy most is the mix of people and process: building genuine relationships with hiring managers and candidates while designing sourcing and performance frameworks that make hiring measurably faster and better. I'm currently upskilling in Python for data analysis, and I'm particularly interested in bringing a more data-driven approach to recruitment reporting, pipeline forecasting, and workforce planning.
