At HCLTech, I support the Transamerica Life Insurance project, managing AWS resources and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. I monitor application and infrastructure health with Amazon CloudWatch and Dynatrace, and troubleshoot production incidents and deployment failures.
In Control-M and enterprise operations, I administered and optimized 65,000+ jobs across two distributed Control-M servers and data centers. I supported L2 production incidents, managed job scheduling and migrations, and used Shell scripts for monitoring and automation.
For my AWS 3-Tier E-Commerce Application project, I designed a three-tier AWS architecture and provisioned infrastructure with Terraform. I also containerized the application with Docker and practiced CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and GitHub.
