I’m seeking a finance leadership role where I can drive FP&A, M&A, and governance—partnering with executives, strengthening risk & controls, and translating complex financial analysis into clear decisions and investor-ready communication.

I’m a finance leader with 11+ years of experience across FP&A, M&A, Investor Relations, and Risk & Controls, partnering with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, analytics, and governance.

At Hindustan Unilever Ltd., I led governance strengthening through a financial control framework across 240+ processes, managed global compliance for Schedule of Authority and GFCF control self-assessments, and supported ERM through committees and annual reporting. I also handled audits spanning statute-led reviews, internal controls, SOX, and Unilever global corporate audit work, including control approval for new and improved finance processes.

I’ve owned end-to-end M&A work—leading a stake acquisition of INR 70 Crs and driving 20+ M&A evaluations and transactions—while building digital finance business partnering, improving business models and forecast reviews, and strengthening investor-facing disclosures and presentations. I’m now looking to bring that same mix of deal discipline, analytics depth, and stakeholder confidence to a high-impact finance leadership role.
