I'm looking to solve complex product problems through user research, accessible design, and end-to-end collaboration, creating intuitive experiences that balance user needs with business goals.

I've designed end-to-end product experiences across B2B and B2C domains, balancing user needs with business objectives from discovery through delivery.

At Cognizant, I worked on enterprise applications for e-commerce, marketplace, supply chain, SaaS, compliance, education, and insurance. I translated research into responsive workflows, data-heavy dashboards, design systems, prototypes, and personalized recommendation experiences.

As a freelance Product Designer, I lead research and usability testing with diverse users, including elderly people and users with low vision. I design accessible, WCAG 2.2-compliant experiences and AI-assisted conversational interfaces with contextual guidance.
