I support Australian agencies as a Property Management Virtual Assistant, helping keep rent rolls running smoothly. I’ve supported a rent roll of 1,500+ properties, managing tenancy setup, renewals, and tenant onboarding and offboarding.
In my freelance property management work, I schedule inspections, monitor arrears, and coordinate maintenance between tenants, landlords, and contractors. I also keep records current and prepare rental references and landlord insurance documents.
I use PropertyMe, PropertyTree, and Inspection Express across the tenancy process. My work also includes assisting with listings, creating marketing materials in Canva, and responding to enquiries from prospective tenants and buyers.
Alongside this work, I’m a freelance Real Estate Agent / Sales Consultant in the Philippines, where I prospect and qualify leads, conduct viewings, and support transactions through closing. I’ve also worked in administrative and back-office support roles.
