I run FlowState and serve as Fractional CTO at JourneyMaker, owning architecture, roadmap, implementation, and deployment for a design platform built on the Game Thinking framework. I've delivered production AI automation for three paying clients, including WhatsApp citizen-services, social-content automation, and autonomous ads-management systems.
I've built six AI products from zero to launch, including agentic RAG, real-time voice AI, semantic search, and code generation. Previously, I built patient-facing healthcare tools at Aetna and enterprise analytics products at Verizon; I turn ambiguous problems into shipped software and own the full loop from sales through operation.
