At VitalHub Innovations Lab, I contribute to recruitment across multiple departments and seniority levels, including work that contributed to 150+ vacancies being filled during my tenure.
I source and assess candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal CV databases, and employee referrals. I also speak with candidates about their experience and motivations, then coordinate interviews and follow-up with hiring stakeholders.
At VitalHub, I manage the employee-referral process independently and liaise directly with external headhunters. I’ve also contributed to simplifying assessment steps when they weren’t reliably indicating candidate capability.
I lead employer-branding initiatives at VitalHub from their early development. Earlier, as an Intern – People & Culture at VitalHub and an Undergraduate Trainee – Employer Branding at IFS R&D (Pvt.) Ltd., I supported recruitment coordination, HR administration, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
