At Microsoft, I designed and implemented the migration of the Microsoft Fabric telemetry platform from Microsoft Bond to Protocol Buffers, taking the approach through architectural review. I also defined Azure Data Explorer metrics and dashboards to make processing health, throughput, and operational issues visible.

At ABSA, I owned the architecture and delivery of FleetManager’s .NET microservices, building the core backend from scratch and defining its deployment and resilience approach. Earlier at Draftable, I migrated backend components to .NET Core and .NET 5 and designed a fault-tolerant PDF processing architecture for the platform.
