What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow through application-based research and develop my skills in Research and Development.

At National Institute of Technology Durgapur, I researched immunoinformatics-guided vaccine design, including multiepitope candidates against multidrug-resistant Enteroinvasive Escherichia coli and Shigella. My Ph.D. thesis was submitted on 16 October 2026 and is awaiting the examination report.

I co-authored research on pathogenic Escherichia coli epitopes and vaccine design, published in Molecular Diversity, and contributed to work on TLR4-adjuvanted multiepitope vaccines published in In Silico Pharmacology. I also co-invented a published Indian patent application for a multi-epitope peptide vaccine and its preparation method.

My computational research uses immunoinformatics, molecular modeling, protein structure prediction, and molecular dynamics tools including GROMACS, AlphaFold3, and trRosetta. I have also worked with high-performance computing through the C-DAC Pune Bio-embryo cluster.

My earlier research includes a Master’s thesis on gallic acid microsponges loaded gel for transdermal delivery. I’m a registered pharmacist in India and hold a Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics and a Bachelor of Pharmacy.
