With over eight years of experience across Project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, and technical roles, I have consistently worked at the intersection of people, product, and technology to help teams deliver meaningful outcomes rather than outputs.

In my recent role as a Senior Consultant at Infosys, I was working with a UK-based bank on the development of a software tool for SEPA payments. I manage the development by coaching cross-functional teams through Agile ways of working, supporting them across different stages of the product development lifecycle, and helping stakeholders shift from solution-led thinking to problem-focused, outcome-driven delivery. This work requires strong facilitation skills, resilience, and the ability to build trust across product, technology, risk, and operations teams.

Previously, at Boeing, I worked as a Scrum Master supporting development of an application used for communication between airline staff and partners . There, I coached teams through Agile adoption, helped them manage dependencies and quality constraints, and guided continuous improvement while operating under strict regulatory and compliance requirements. This experience strengthened my ability to handle resistance to change, navigate ambiguity, and lead teams through meaningful ways-of-working improvements.
