Phiona Achieng

I’m a self-driven professional who combines detail-oriented data work with customer-focused communication. I aim to deliver customer satisfaction, retention, and increased sales while maintaining high accuracy in data-driven tasks.

Through my training, I built strong foundations in digital literacy and image annotation (Samasource school, Jan 2019–Apr 2019). I also developed customer service strengths through Konexio Africa (Jan 2025–Apr 2025), strengthening my customer focus, communication, adaptability, and persistence.

In retail support at Nusra supermarket (Mar 2018–Dec 2019), I helped customers access goods, supported stock taking, and performed item labeling aligned with prices. At Dontech Ltd (Jan 2022–Jun 2022), I handled cyber services and general cleaning while educating customers on new technology and security/surveillance solutions such as access to safes, CCTV cameras, and fire extinguishers.

Most importantly, at Samasource Kenya (Aug 2022–Apr 2024), I annotated large datasets to train machine learning models. This role honed my ability to accurately label data, and it reinforced my commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
