I’m a risk and compliance professional designing risk governance frameworks and delivering data-driven insights that help senior stakeholders prevent operational and regulatory breaches. At Bank of Baroda – Kenya, I designed and maintained an operational risk register for real-time visibility of compliance exposures, risk owners, and mitigation plans, and I led incident triage and root cause analysis using the 5 Whys methodology.

I also run cross-functional risk assessments aligned with Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) requirements, translating complex findings into structured incident reports for senior management and auditors. Through Python and SQL-driven data validation and quality assurance, plus control improvements that reduced policy violations, I embed risk-aware decision-making into daily workflows—fostering accountability and transparency.
