What I'm looking for

I am looking for a finance operations manager, or coordinator, position, which allows remote work. Jobs that demand english fluency are preferred.

I'm currently managing investment fund operations at Grupo Mercantil de Credito, where I grew the portfolio from BRL 50M to BRL 90M while maintaining a 30% average annual ROI for key stakeholders.

I've reduced key-customer overdue amounts by more than 50%, raised delivery confirmation from 70% to 90%, and cleared over 90% of fund administrator audit demands through organized documentation and close auditor collaboration. I also created a 100-plus-page procedures textbook to strengthen training and knowledge sharing.
