What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can support customers and a collaborative team, build my administrative and client-service skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.

At Lee Nails, I provided personalized nail services while building positive client relationships through attentive listening, patience, and an understanding of individual preferences.

I managed front-desk responsibilities including phone calls, appointment scheduling, client greetings, and customer needs. I also supported daily salon operations through inventory organization, product samples, workspace upkeep, and assistance to the salon owner.

As a volunteer with Spartan Pantry at Elgin Community College, I helped sort, organize, and distribute food and essential resources for students and community members experiencing food insecurity.

I'm completing an Associate in Arts degree at Elgin Community College and bring dependable, empathetic communication and collaborative support to fast-paced, welcoming environments.
