What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support clients through evidence-based counselling and CBT, using psychosocial assessment and risk-informed care. I want to work with multidisciplinary teams, deliver trauma- and substance-focused therapy, and grow within an ethical, client-centred environment.

I’m a compassionate, results-driven Counsellor/Therapist with 3yrs+ experience in mental health support, psychosocial assessment, and client-centred care. I focus on helping individuals move from emotional distress to clearer coping, stability, and improved outcomes.

I deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, develop tailored treatment plans, and conduct comprehensive risk assessments and management. I support clients facing trauma, substance abuse, and emotional challenges while keeping clinical guidelines and ethical standards at the centre of my practice.

I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen care and outcomes, preparing reports, case notes, and research documentation for program evaluation. In education and counselling settings, I’ve assessed behavioural and educational needs, engaged parents/guardians, and implemented mitigation strategies for vulnerable clients.

I’m committed to continuous learning through professional development in Basic Counselling & HIV Testing, Mental Health & Wellness, Family Planning Counselling, Governance and Health, and Data Quality. My Boitekanelo College training strengthened my communication skills and therapeutic techniques such as CBT, supported by structured therapeutic and assessment approaches.
