I’m a Senior Business Analyst and CPA with more than 15 years of experience delivering finance, process and systems transformation across government, infrastructure, telecommunications, property and ASX-listed organisations. My accounting background means I understand how a business runs and what drives its costs, so I quickly get to the heart of a problem. I don’t stop at analysis: I shape and implement solutions that last.
Key achievements
Finance transformation (PeopleIn, ASX: PPE): Led data migration to Certinia (Salesforce), consolidating 3,687 customer and 1,953 vendor records from 34 entities and 7 finance systems, and reconciling $52M in open receivables with zero variance. My ETL solutions cut payroll journal processing from 4 hours to 30 minutes and expense processing by 69%, and stayed in use after I left.
BPMN leadership: Introduced BPMN 2.0 as the enterprise process standard at City of Sydney, Sydney Metro and WestConnex. At City of Sydney I authored 36 process models and built service-delivery workflows for a proposed $1B Facilities Management Agreement.
Application rationalisation (Sydney Metro): Authored the Software Application Rationalisation Strategy, assessing 178 applications and decommissioning 24. Nominated for Sydney Metro Team Member of the Year 2021.
Financial reporting (NBN Co): Redesigned IT Capex reporting into an integrated Financial Tracker, cutting month-end turnaround by up to 56%. Prepared business cases for ExCo and the Investment Committee, including the ~$42M FY18 IT Capex program, and investigated $12M+ in overpayments to strengthen financial controls.
Regulated delivery (Transgrid, APA Group): Contributed to a rollout to 1,000+ users meeting Energy Regulator requirements. At APA I delivered a full Hyperion reporting suite in two months after the planned OBIEE platform was withdrawn.

What interests me
I’m most engaged where finance, process and technology meet: finance transformation programs, ERP and finance-system implementations, process architecture and reporting improvement. I value organisations serious about process governance, and I enjoy building capability in others by setting standards and leaving teams able to maintain the work themselves. I’m based in Sydney and thrive in complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
