I've owned QA validation for a multi-tenant SaaS education platform at Higher Education Marketing, validating student lifecycle data across CRM, SIS databases, APIs, and student portals. I lead end-to-end release testing and build reusable Selenium WebDriver and Playwright regression suites to improve release stability.
