I’m a data-driven Business Analyst who builds practical intelligence across supply chains—especially inventory management, financial forecasting, and procurement analytics. I bring a track record of reducing costs, improving operational efficiency, and turning complex data into clear decisions.

In my current role at Pasco Construction Solutions, I maintain a real-time inventory system and run product sales forecasting for local and overseas suppliers. I’ve streamlined inventory across Melbourne and Sydney to reduce reliance on third-party storage and cut operational costs, while delivering quarterly and annual analytics to guide marketing and sales priorities.

I also strengthen supplier outcomes through data-led negotiations. I’ve led price negotiations and optimized IncoTerms agreements with global suppliers, improving supply chain efficiency and procurement costs; prior to that, I implemented forecasting and purchasing strategies using advanced Excel and business software tools.
