I am an exceptionally driven pharmacology professional specializing in leveraging data analytics and project management to optimize clinical outcomes. My mission is to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care by transforming complex health data into actionable insights, while staying grounded in evidence-based, data-driven strategies.
In my current role as Executive Director at BEGARH, I set strategic direction for health, education, and empowerment programs and lead fundraising for reusable menstrual pad production and menstrual health education. I manage staff and volunteers, build partnerships with donors and government agencies, and monitor project outcomes to ensure accountability to beneficiaries and funders.
As a lecturer teaching pharmacognosy, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, community pharmacy, and related subjects, I deliver undergraduate courses, develop instructional materials, assess student learning outcomes, and contribute to curriculum development and academic quality assurance. I also provide academic advising and mentorship, supervise research projects, and conduct laboratory practical sessions with a strong focus on safety and proper utilization of laboratory facilities.
My pharmacy experience includes managing accurate drug dispensing, real-time inventory control, drug procurement workflows, and expiry monitoring through computerized and pharmacy management systems. I strengthen patient safety by using digital clinical workflows to eliminate medication errors, compile care plans, and support data-driven requisitions, while continuously updating my knowledge and improving clinical and administrative processes.
