As a Principal Software Engineer and Architect, I have over 15 years of experience leading engineering teams and developing innovative software solutions. My journey began at Synergy Broadband, where I honed my skills in systems administration and support, before moving on to significant roles at The Linux Box, Nimboxx, and Macmillan Learning. At Macmillan, I spearheaded the architecture and launch of Achieve™, a flagship online learning product, while also mentoring and building high-performing teams.

Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in distributed systems design, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies. My work at Nimboxx as a founding member of a start-up allowed me to secure $20M in funding and develop a scalable private cloud platform. I take pride in my ability to implement engineering best practices, optimize performance, and ensure security standards, all while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
