At TELUS Digital, I build Agent Assist, a generative AI chat used by about 300 support agents. I built its Next.js interface and ported much of its Python core service logic to Node.js (NestJS) middleware.
I also work on the My TELUS app, building reusable UI components and key parts of its boomerang users flow. I use coding agents daily and co-created and co-led an internal AI-augmented engineering mentorship program.
I built SOMA System solo, end to end: a production management platform used daily by an electrical services company. I designed its PostgreSQL data model and type-safe APIs, and implemented CI/CD workflows and developer tooling.
At Puravida, I built a web streaming platform from the ground up; its launch reached 40,000 users in the first 48 hours. I’ve also worked on travel booking checkout experiences, analytics tagging, and client websites and web apps.
