Pedro Teixeira de Oliveira

I am a Brazilian-qualified labor & employment lawyer running an independent, AI-automated practice alongside strategic advisory for regulated-sector clients. My work spans litigation and strategic advisory before the regional courts, the Superior Labor Court (TST), and the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

In my own practice, I founded and manage an independent labor & employment practice focused on litigation and strategic advisory, while also designing and running an AI-automated legal operation. That operation includes docket monitoring, deadline management, and administrative workflows, alongside end-to-end business management (clients, fees, finance).

I have supported regulated-sector matters through strategic advisory, including complex legal opinions, collective bargaining support, and coordination of strategic administrative litigation and collective actions. I also draft corporate regulations and internal policies for technology, energy, and capital-markets clients, with experience tailoring legal strategies across diversified portfolios.

Alongside my current practice, I built early regulatory and filings experience as a legal intern with a focus on labor and social-security filings and regulatory matters before Brazil’s civil aviation authority (ANAC). I bring cross-border advisory experience, including legal strategy for a foreign sovereign wealth fund’s Brazilian representative, and I support individual litigation efforts such as reversing an unfavorable ruling for an expatriate employee.
