I work in the security operations space, focused on SOC e Análise de Log, detection, and incident response. My day-to-day is centered on continuous monitoring, fast escalation, and accurate documentation so that tickets and incidents move cleanly through the defined severity and SLA flow.

In my SNOC Jr role, I monitored corporate network infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, and databases, using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Bitdefender. I handled detection and resolution of incidents, failures, and alerts, and supported incident lifecycle management by opening, tracking, and escalating occurrences with clear severity levels.

Before that, I strengthened my operational foundation in support and infrastructure N2, managing network troubleshooting and configurations. I worked with Active Directory and Jira, performed system user management, and supported network environments through troubleshooting of Huawei OLT and switches, plus configurations involving ONU, Lan-To-Lan, and MPLS.
