At CyberS3c, I develop applications and lead projects with clients from requirements gathering through implementation and production deployment. I’m currently the lead developer and project lead for Nexo, a retail workforce platform used by more than 1,000 people across hundreds of stores in Portugal.
I integrated multimodal models into Nexo’s AI shelf analysis system to identify products, facings, out-of-stock items, and competitors in shelf photographs, then compare layouts with planned planograms. I also developed a proof of concept using RAG to assess public procurement proposals against tender specifications; it was presented to the client, and the submission ranked second.
My CyberS3c work also includes external reconnaissance and vulnerability analysis for Viriatus, blockchain-based digital credentials for CyberCert, and websites and platforms for organisations including CEDIS and CODE SPACE. I’ve also contributed to institutional portal projects and delivered AI training and talks.
Alongside my CyberS3c role, I work as a freelance Web Developer, creating websites with custom back offices for small businesses and maintaining their servers and databases. I also build personal projects, including Inferno da Luz, a Benfica fan platform that cross-checks information and flags conflicting reports.
