I build and ship web applications end-to-end, from database and backend to deployed frontend, using JavaScript/TypeScript and Python with SQL. I’ve spent 5+ years keeping mission-critical systems online and working in a remote-ready, solo delivery style.
As an independent/freelance software & web developer (Aug 2019–Present), I designed and deployed menos-irs.pt, a Portuguese tax-automation web app with a React frontend and Supabase/Postgres backend. Its XML parsing & transformation pipeline replaces hours of manual spreadsheet work with an automated flow.
I also architected a stock-analysis platform using TypeScript + Supabase, deployed on Vercel, with scheduled cron sync jobs and multiple financial-data API integrations. I added graceful fallbacks, retry logic, and an automated test suite, along with advanced networking and infrastructure support.
When I need to, I handle the whole operational layer too—Docker/LXC, Proxmox, Linux, cron scheduling, and production reliability practices. From corporate websites to self-hosted homelab infrastructure (OPNsense, Proxmox, n8n, Home Assistant), I focus on systems that stay up and keep data intact.
