What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead civic technology, accessible digital services, and GovTech products where I can modernize systems, grow engineering teams, and improve public access to government services.

At the City of Fresno, I lead 11 developers across five departments, deliver cross-departmental civic applications, and lead the City’s ADA Title II digital accessibility program. I administer Salesforce Government Cloud for 311 services, modernize legacy systems with CI/CD and automated testing, and connect operational goals to scalable software.

I also co-founded Computer Systems Plus and took CivicCA, SentraCheck, and GOVvpat from concept to live public-sector use. My work spans cloud architecture, SaaS integration, accessibility conformance, government RFPs, and products supporting cities, counties, housing authorities, and special districts.
