I’m looking to lead planning, scheduling, and project controls for complex programs where I can strengthen schedule health, earned value reporting, and risk/delay analysis—using tools like Primavera and Acumen Fuse to help teams deliver reliable forecasts and milestones.

I’m a Planning, Scheduling, and Project Control Specialist with 22 years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects for clients, contractors, and technical advisory firms across transportation, infrastructure, and pharmaceuticals. I’m PMP and PMI certified, and I bring hands-on portfolio, program, and construction project management focused on schedule integrity, performance measurement, and decision-ready reporting.

In my current role at Metrolinx, I lead project planning and scheduling across rapid transit portfolios, developing portfolio dashboards, KPI reports, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, including Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) analysis. I create WBS and activity code dictionaries, run schedule quality and health checks using the DCMA 14-point assessment, and generate Acumen Fuse metrics for schedule health index reporting; I also perform monthly schedule forensic and comparative analyses with Primavera Visualizer and Deltek Acumen Fuse to track critical path logic changes and progress month-over-month.
