At PMA Canada Ltd, I lead Canadian demand and supply planning for William Grant & Sons, including the monthly S&OP process and consensus forecasting for North American planning. I improved Lag 1 forecast accuracy from 49% to 74% and reduced Lag 4 forecast bias from 35% to 1%.
