At ITK Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I develop and maintain business applications using Zoho Creator, Deluge, and database-driven workflows. I work directly with clients to clarify requirements, demonstrate solutions, and coordinate feedback through development and UAT.
I developed ERP modules for freight forwarding and manufacturing, including shipment workflows, costing calculations, production processes, and inventory updates. I also worked on API and webhook integration requirements for shipment tracking and supported automated exchange-rate updates.
I’ve also developed workflows for vendor job work, order processing, education management, and lead management. My work includes dashboards, reports, validations, and integrations using REST APIs and Zoho services.
