I'm looking to build and automate client-focused business solutions on the Zoho platform, contributing across requirements, integrations, deployment, user support, and technical documentation.

I've delivered client-focused business applications across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk at FTX Infotech.

I automate workflows with Deluge, Blueprints, automation rules, and custom functions, while building REST API and webhook integrations with third-party systems.

Previously at Alchemist Advanced Technology, I developed Zoho Creator applications, integrated Zoho One products, created HTML templates, and resolved client issues.

I also built ACEMA, an Academic Cloud ERP Management System for schools and higher education institutions, and bring experience in data migration, deployment, user support, testing, and technical documentation.
