At Zolytics Consulting, I designed and maintained custom Zoho Creator applications that connected operational workflows with Zoho Books. I used Deluge functions, field mappings, and API calls to support those processes.
I implemented an Unicommerce-to-Zoho Books integration covering customer, item, channel, location, SKU, warehouse, and vendor mappings. I also automated stock transfers, inventory adjustments, and marketplace invoice processing, including GST handling and separate B2B and consolidated B2C invoice flows.
I developed month-wise customer and vendor balance adjustment logic using FIFO allocation, prior-month carry-forwards, and opening and closing balance matching. I tracked available credits to support reconciliation calculations.
I configured Zoho CRM lead scoring, follow-up task automation, and social lead capture, and created Zoho Analytics sales reports and dashboards. I also developed and deployed business websites, connected enquiry forms to Zoho CRM, and worked on testing, debugging, and deployment.
