I’m looking for an HR role where I can blend people-first thinking with data-driven HR analytics—supporting inclusive workplaces, improving recruitment and employee relations, and streamlining processes through technology.

I’m a dedicated HR professional with 5 years of experience, passionate about integrating psychological principles into human resource practices. I focus on innovative HR solutions that increase employee engagement and streamline day-to-day processes.
