My journey in human resources began at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where I honed my skills in recruitment and documentation. Currently, I am working as a Trust and Safety Associate at Accenture, where I focus on upholding HR policies and regulations. My experience has equipped me with a solid understanding of the recruitment process, from onboarding to documentation. I am passionate about creating a positive work environment and contributing to team success.

In addition to my professional experience, I have pursued various certifications in Human Resources Management and financial accounting, which have further enhanced my skill set. I am eager to leverage my knowledge and experience in a new role that allows for growth and learning.
