What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing compassionate, culturally competent nursing care where I can coordinate individualized plans, educate patients and families, manage complex conditions, and promote safe transitions and independence.

I'm currently a Clinical Admission Nurse/Case Manager at Adara Home Health, developing initial care plans and helping patients transition safely from hospital to home.

I conduct comprehensive in-home assessments, manage medications and wound care, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families to support independence and better health outcomes.

Previously, at Allegheny Health Network, I cared for patients with critical heart, vascular, and lung conditions using advanced equipment including ventilators, CRRT, intra-aortic balloon pumps, ECMO, arterial lines, and invasive hemodynamic monitors. I bring compassionate, culturally competent care in Karen and English.
