At Red Baton, I directed product strategy and UX vision for enterprise ecosystems, including Unilever's Shikhar, two internal tools, and Glance. I aligned five or more products with business KPIs to reduce churn and advised on UX ROI.

As Lead Product Designer, I secured two new contracts through C-suite design pitches and institutionalised agency operations with competency frameworks adopted by key clients. I also co-established quality standards and cross-functional workflows for augmented teams at JAR and Glance.

Earlier at Red Baton, I shipped six or more apps and dashboards, helping increase task completion by 20% through data-driven UX. I mentored team members in Figma and design systems and led workshops on WCAG 2.1, micro-interactions, and SaaS patterns.

My work also included contributing UX to Deloitte's SaaS dashboards, which increased product adoption by 15%, and shipping websites, web apps, and mobile MVPs that increased engagement by 25–50%. I'm currently taking a deliberate career pause to recharge, document past case studies, and transition from agency-side design toward in-house product roles.
