What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a collaborative role where I can own requirements, improve processes, work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and grow into larger product or project leadership responsibilities.

I am a motivated, detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder communication. I’ve supported projects using both Agile and Waterfall approaches and produced BRDs, FRDs, installation manuals, and visual models to align teams.

My experience includes roles in accounts receivable and business analysis where I improved processes, reduced turnaround times, and ensured timely collections and claim accuracy. I have collaborated with technical and non-technical teams to validate requirements, perform gap and impact analysis, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

I have delivered project work such as a location-based field-staff tracking app and an automated HRMS enhancement, led workshops to gather feedback, and created clear documentation and wireframes that helped drive project alignment and operational efficiency.
